Beyond the main hall, the building spans four carefully considered levels. These include a series of modern classrooms, a mezzanine viewing platform overlooking the school oval, and elevated external areas offering panoramic views. The design also incorporates a gymnasium, an Industrial Arts facility, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, change rooms, and ample storage zones — all seamlessly integrated into the structure.

Built with a combination of a Raft Concrete slab and suspended concrete floors at various heights, the project demanded precise structural engineering. A complex steel framework supports the distinctive glazed curtain wall, while a mix of lightweight timber and metal framing defines the rest of the build.

Premium claddings such as Alucobond composite panelling and Cemintel Barestone were selected for their durability and aesthetic appeal. Internally, Barestone was again used around the basketball courts for its strength and resilience, complemented by high-end aluminium battens and custom joinery for a polished finish.

Externally, the landscaping design was just as thoughtful. It features three unique art installations, each created to reflect the identity of the school and the surrounding Warrnambool community — adding a meaningful layer to the overall design.
